You are voluntarily participating in a firearms training course of instruction (class) presented by CCW Training LLC in California. 2. You agree to follow safe firearms handling procedures. 3. You agree to read and follow the range rules at the shooting range where training and qualification occur. 4. You agree to follow all instructions, directions, and range commands given by the firearms class instructors. 5. You represent that you are physically able and have no medical, psychological, or any other condition which prevents your safe and responsible participation in the firearms class. 6. You certify that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and you are legally entitled to own and use a handgun and/or other firearm. 7. All sales are final. Our class sizes are limited; therefore, we do not offer refunds for a class for which you register and purchase but cannot attend. In the event of an unforeseen personal emergency that limits your participation, please discuss your situation with one of the firearms class instructors. On rare occasions, a class may be rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
